What is included with the LollaLounge credential?
All VIP packages come with LollaLounge credentials for two which include admission to the festival and the exclusive LollaLounge. Each of your paid guests will also receive a LollaLounge credential. Please note that value packages come with 3-day passes only, NOT LollaLounge credentials. LollaLounge credentials are the hottest tickets in town. They include:

- Access to the LollaLounge
- Food and beverages daily (light meals, beer, water, vodka)
- Shade and seating
- LollaBoutique with speciality items
- LollaSpa with mini-massages, facials and make-up touch-ups
- Artist appearances for media interviews
- Souvenir t-shirt, poster and hat

Select packages come with official After-Show Tickets which give you access to very special performances by BIG BANDS, in LITTLE CLUBS. These are the hottest tickets around! To find a package that includes these tickets, select "After-Show Tickets" from the category drop-down menu on the main page of the website.

Can I get the official Lollapalooza After-Show Tickets here?
Select packages come with official After-Show Tickets which give you access to very special performances by BIG BANDS, in LITTLE CLUBS. These are the hottest tickets around! To find a package that includes these tickets, select "After-Show Tickets" from the category drop-down menu on the main page of the website. After-Show Tickets are not sold separately.

Can I stay in the hotel for additional nights?
In most cases, it is possible to stay in your hotel for additional nights. Please call the concierge to make arrangements for additional night stays at 800-977-9020.
When will I receive my LollaLounge credentials (includes admission to the festival and the exclusive Lolla Lounge) or 3-day passes?
You will receive a packet from us in mid-July, approximately 2 weeks before the show, that will contain your 3-day passes or LollaLounge credentials, pre-paid hotel voucher, any merchandise or additional vouchers that might have been included in your packge and transportation information. If you have any questions before then, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I get the merchandise that comes with my package early?
Yes. Arrangements can be made with our Concierge to have any merchandise that comes with your package (with the exception of LollaLounge credentials and 3-day passes) shipped to your home prior to the festival. Please call the Concierge at 1-800-977-9020 to make these arrangements.
Can I get extra LollaLounge credentials or 3-day passes?
We offer one LollaLounge credential (VIP packages) or one 3-day pass (Value passes) for each paid hotel guest. You may increase the number of guests in the room for an additional fee during the check-out process.
Is it safe to purchase a package online?
Yes. It is completely safe to purchase online. We use secure servers (industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption) to protect your personal information, including your name, address and credit card information. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form and only decoded when we receive it. Please also read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for more information about the steps we take to ensure the safety and security of your personal information.
Can I purchase a package with a personal check?
We do not accept personal checks. Accepted forms of payment include VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover and money orders or cashiers checks made out to myconcertconcierge.com. Please contact the Concierge to make arrangements to pay by money order or cashiers check.
Do any packages include backstage access?
No. Packages do not include backstage access.
How can I contact the Concierge?

What should I do if I have a problem once I arrive at the festival?
We are committed to making sure that you have a wonderful time at the festival. Our Concierge will be on-site at your hotel to ensure that all runs smoothly for you. In addition to being on-site, we will be available by phone at 1-800-977-9020 or by email at atyourservice@lollapaloozaconcierge.com the weekend of the festival to assist you.
Can I get a refund on a package?
All package sales are final. Packages are not refundable or transferable.
Can I bring additional people with me to stay in my room?
Each package includes two guests. In most cases, you can bring up to 2 additional guests with you to stay in your room for an additional fee. You can add people to your room during the check-out process by specifying the number of guests you wish to bring. The price for additional guests will be specified during the check-out process. Each paid guest will recieve a LollaLounge credential (if you purchased a VIP package) or a 3-day pass (if you purchased a Value package). Children under the age of 10 may attend the festival at no charge.
Can I bring additional people with me to stay in a separate room in the same hotel?
Each package includes 2 guests. In most cases, you can bring people with you to stay in a separate, single room in the same hotel. The fee for an additional room in the same hotel, a LollaLounge Credential (if you purchased a VIP package) or a 3-day package (if you purchased a Value package) for your guest and transportation to and from the event in the same car as you varies by hotel. Please contact the Concierge as far in advance as possible to make these arrangements at 800-977-9020.
What are the charges for bringing my children with me?
Children under the age of 10 may stay with you in your hotel and may enter the festival with you for no additional charge. They do not need tickets to get into the festival as long the adult that accompanies them is carrying a ticket. If you wish to bring a child who is over the age of 10, you may do so for an additional charge during the check-out process. The charge for bringing children varies based on the package that you purchase.
